JUST JUNK® at the Kitchener-Waterloo Home and Garden Show

L to R: Steve Adams, Shane Wright, David Moss
It may not look like it, with snow still covering much of Southern Ontario and a bitter wind still sending chills through the air, but if you look to the sky and listen closely to the chirping birds, a sense of spring is faintly in the air. With Spring comes the chance to get started on those home and garden projects.

JUSTJUNK was at the Kitchener-Waterloo Home and Garden show over the weekend. The cold weather outside, as some have noted, drove people into the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex toward hot coffee and hot chocolate while they thought optimistically towards the warmth of spring and the beginning of their 2013 projects.

Attending the event from JUSTJUNK was Owner David Moss who said through the event he "Wanted to reach the local audience, a home-show is good opportunity to share with local residents in Kitchener and Waterloo how we can help them through our junk removal services. We fielded questions about everything, from getting that old couch out, to hot-tub removals and entire property clean outs for those who are moving or in charge of an Estate."

On display alongside David for the weekend was a John Deere reproduction metal pedal car, which residents could enter a draw for a chance to win, which can be seen in the above photo. "Everybody seemed to know someone who would enjoy it," David says, from collectors who have a passion for John Deere models to parents with children who would play with it for hours!

Also attending the show on behalf of JUST JUNK were Shane Wright and Steve Adams (who seem to be showing up everywhere lately). For Shane "it was a lot of fun getting to introduce JUST JUNK to thousands of people, and speaking with them about what we do. We received lots of great feedback from the people we spoke with, and even had a lot of people telling us they've used us before and had great experiences."

The show, says David, was well represented by a range of companies and the attendance by the residents was strong. Moss was happy to see many familiar faces and customers at the show, stopping by to say hello and chat for a few minutes here and there.

David and the JUST JUNK team hope to see everyone at next year's Kitchener-Waterloo Home and Garden Show.

Stay with us tomorrow, and we'll reveal the winner of the John Deere Replica!
